I would be willing to convert them for you.  Lossless into my Tascam HD-P2 and send them back as flac files or even put on etree as torrents.

What equipment do you have available?

Best choices, in general, are (1) a computer dat drive, that can read
the bits directly.  Good luck.

(2) A recorder that takes digital input and writes some sort of
    digital medium easily read by a computer.  M-Audio MicroTrack II
    takes SPDIF input and writes CF card.

If the recording is at 44.1 kHz, you could also record to a CD burner
with digital input.
